My competition in mta open my mind to venture capital. I am starting alone.

Apps that win are all a combination of bus and train. I make a mistake by not reading every words on the mta competition wish list. I have not done everything to prepare. It is a hit in the stomach.

Can I fight a team in creating app? I think so. A person who know and give what the users want will win over a team that work based on a director. It is a unstable path. Ultimately I will need a team. But I am finding the right business model.

Building a team and sell to apple like embark is not what I want. I want a company that serves million of people with useful products.

Can I find enough income to find my own team?

It seem that the app with vc backing will be the strongest.

MTA wants an app that include bus, subway and rail. I lost to a bus app and I am not sure what is the reason. It has better presentation in video. I don't have any sound. I need someone good in video.

Shoe design

Recently I am looking for safety shoe. I want one that has a zip, easy to wear and remove. I need to enter office and go to work area. My existing shoe is not design for frequent removal.

I bought one that is china brand. It costs $43.80. I saw it selling at $35 at Geyland. It looks good and the zip is easy to use. I try it both right and left, it feels a little uncomfortable but I think I should get used to it. Unfortunately, after a few days, I could not bear it anymore. My little toe hurts. There is a manufacturing fault on the left shoe. It bites my feet.

I bought a local brand made in Indonesia. It costs $62. Almost double that of China made. The first try, it is really comfortable. I bought it and gladly I did. I not need to suffer anymore.

China can make way cheaper shoe. They looks better. But the quality is not there. It is not comfortable to wear.

Android phone is cheap with lots of functions but they are really ugly and messy. iPhone looks good and nice to use. Design is not only the look but the use.

I want to design a shoe that looks great and comfortable to wear. It feels good.

I want to design an app that looks great and feel great on using. Anyone can copy a function and a look, but it is really difficult to copy the quality.

iPhone is still the best 150913

After a visit to Singtel shop, I find iPhone is still the best. Other phones have great casing but the software looks ugly with android. Android is really crap but it has so many innovation that apple does not have. Apple looks good but it lacks widget.

Window is not able go away from office. It is trying to leverage on its office software. It still has the start menu look. But I do not want office on my phone. I don't need excel or word on my phone. I want song, movie, camera etc. I want Internet and map.

It will take something new to destroy the current. 2007. I think it will last until 2017.

His word processor replaces typewriter. Wang keeps to word processor hardware. 1976 it is his biggest income. By 1986, the PC has replaced word processor. By 2015, the phone and tablet has replace PC. Apple starts in 1976. IBM starts in 1981. Wang only comes in 1986.

Digital piano

- the key sound is normal

- crazy. Spend 90% time on making and 10% on selling. Casio. While yamaha spend all time on marketing, its colorful building and little on research. She asks oem to copy.

I love piano among all the salsa music.

I want to buy one. I am captured by korg lp 380. It has a great flat cover to protect the key and provide a place to work. However it has some careless design.

It exposes screws on the appearance of the piano. It even has black hinges on the top cover. The silver screws looks very cheap.

Cost the most yet uses such careless material really change my mind and go ahead to buy the casio px 150.

Yamaha loses because a man in a piano shop says it is inferior in sound. Digital piano has a great future to the masses. If it costs only 500 to own a piano.

I am careful to avoid heavy metal as I find they very destructive in nature. I prefer worship music.
